GLASGOW
is Scotlands second City, located on the River Clyde, gateway to
the Western Highlands & Islands & an ideal stopping point
before venturing on. It was once known as the centre of the world
for shipbuilding but, alas, this industry has long gone. Regeneration
of the area, however, as a world arts centre & the recognition
of architectural merits of the City, is helping to put Glasgow back
on the travellers map. GB tells you how to get the most from your
stay!
